2. Collection, processing and use of personal data

When you visit this site or use the functions and services it provides, we will ask you to supply the personal data necessary for the nature of that service, and will process and use your personal data within the scope of that specific purpose. The exceptions above include but are not limited to:

With your written consent.
Where expressly provided by law.
To avert danger to your life, body, freedom or property.
Where cooperation with a public agency or academic research institution is necessary for statistical or academic research in the public interest, and the data has been processed by the provider or collected such that the specific individual cannot be identified from the manner of disclosure.
Where your conduct on the site breaches the terms of service, or may damage or obstruct the rights of the site and other users, or cause harm to any person, and the site management, having assessed the matter, determines that disclosure of your personal data is necessary to identify or contact you or to take legal action.
Where it is to your benefit.
Where this site commissions vendors to assist in collecting, processing or using your personal data, it will properly supervise and manage those vendors or individuals.

6. Use of cookies

To provide you with the best service, this site places and reads cookies on your computer. If you do not wish to accept cookies, you may set the privacy level in your browser to high in order to refuse them, though some functions of the site may then not work properly.
