How does it attach? Do I need to drill a hole or use adhesive?

Neither. Slide the supplied metal clip plate between your phone and its case, then clip the strap onto it.

The plate is only 0.2 mm thick, so it will not noticeably push the case out of shape or change how the phone feels in your hand.

How do I switch between crossbody and wrist? What are the lengths?

Two lengths are supplied: roughly 160 cm for crossbody wear, and roughly 30 cm for the wrist, which stops the phone slipping when you are holding it one-handed.

You switch between them at the clasp. Crossbody frees up both hands when you are out walking or taking photos; the wrist length suits commuting or short trips. You do not need to buy a second strap.
