LUME air-conduction Bluetooth earbuds use open-ear air-conduction technology for a more comfortable, safer listening experience. The open design reduces pressure and heat in the ear canal while letting ambient sound through, so commuting and exercise feel more secure.

Q1. How do I power on and pair?
Take the earbuds out of the charging case and they power on and enter pairing mode automatically,
👉 Turn on Bluetooth on your phone and select the device name "GUXON G11" to connect
If it will not connect, try:
👉 putting the earbuds back in the case for about1minute, then taking them out and pairing again
Q2. Are the earbuds left- and right-specific?
1. For charging, there is no left or right — either position charges the earbud
2. For functions, controls are assigned to left and right. After removing them, put each earbud back on its original side so the controls work as expected.
Q3. Is it normal for the volume to fluctuate?
This is most likely related to connection stability or interference. Try the following:
👉 putting the earbuds back in the case for about1minute, then taking them out and pairing again
👉 checking that the phone’s Bluetooth connection is stable, and avoiding too many interfering devices nearby
If it continues, tell us how you are using them and we can help look into it further 🙏
Q4. Why do the earbuds still connect automatically after going back in the case?
This usually means the earbuds did not enter charging (power-off) state,
and while still powered on they maintain or re-establish the connection to your phone.
👉 Please check the following:
Once the earbuds enter charging state they disconnect Bluetooth automatically and will not stay connected
Q5. What if they will not connect?
Try the following:
1️⃣ Check that the earbuds are out of the charging case
2️⃣ Put them back in the case and wait about1minute
3️⃣ Take them out again and pair
Q6. Do notifications pop up automatically when I put them on?
This model does not support automatic pop-up notifications when worn,
👉 connect manually through your phone’s Bluetooth
Q7. How do the controls work? (playback / calls / control)
👉 Music playback
👉 Calls
👉 Voice assistant
Q8. What if they will not power on after a long period unused?
This usually means the battery is very low or they have entered sleep,
👉 put the earbuds in the charging case and charge the case to100%before using them again
Q9. How do I charge them?
👉 Place the earbuds in the charging case and they charge automatically
👉 Charge the case using Type-C
📌 These earbuds are a low-current product
👉 We recommend charging with a 5V / 1A charger for stable charging and a longer product life
👉 Check that the contacts are clean before use, as this affects charging
-
Q10. Do they have a vibration alert?
This model has no vibration alert,
👉 so there is no vibration for incoming calls or connection
Q11. Is there a low-battery tone?
When the earbuds run low, there is a light and sound alert:
👉 When an earbud falls below a certain level (below3.3V)
👉 When the charging case runs very low
Q12. What do the indicator lights mean?
👉 Earbud side indicator light:
Q13. How do I check the battery level?
These earbuds have no separate battery display on the body,
👉 You can tell in the following ways:
👉 How to read it:

The biggest difference is how you wear them and how they relate to the sound around you.
Open-ear, air-conduction and clip-on earbuds do not sit deep in the ear canal, which usually suits people who dislike the plugged feeling, wear earbuds for long stretches, or want to keep some ambient sound. In-ear models usually create a more noticeable seal in the canal.
So before choosing, think about what matters most to you: isolation, immersive sound, or long wear and awareness of your surroundings. Getting the wearing style right usually matters more than comparing feature lists.
They can. Open-ear earbuds do not use a tip to keep sound inside the ear canal, so at higher volumes, in quiet surroundings, or when they are not positioned well, people nearby may hear some of it.
That does not mean open-ear models are unsuitable in public — it means paying more attention to volume and positioning. In a very quiet office, a library, or close quarters with others, leakage deserves more attention than it would outdoors or on a normal commute.
Not necessarily. An open design usually lets more ambient sound through, but hearing your surroundings does not mean you can pay less attention to the road.
In practice, volume, ambient noise and your own attention all affect what you notice. Commuting, walking or riding, stay alert, and lower the volume or pause playback when needed.
The advantage of an open design is that ambient sound comes through more easily, but safety still depends on how you use them.
In most cases they put less strain on the ear, but it varies from person to person. A non-in-ear design removes pressure inside the canal, though clamping force, weight distribution and ear shape all affect long wear.
If in-ear models have left you sore or hot in the past, non-in-ear is usually worth trying; even so, pay attention to weight per earbud and how they are held, rather than assuming you will feel nothing at all.
It depends on how they are held and how intense the activity is. Clip, hook and wraparound designs rely more on external support than a tip in the canal, which is usually enough for walking, commuting and general training.
With vigorous running and jumping, heavy head movement or a lot of sweat, stability is affected. Look at the retention structure and protection rating, and judge by the kind of exercise you do.
Because call pickup is affected by microphone position, ambient noise and wind noise together. Indoors is relatively quiet; outdoors adds traffic, voices and wind.
If you often take calls outdoors, look for noise reduction or a multi-microphone design in the specification — and test in the environment you actually use, which tells you more than specifications alone.
