🔋 iWALK 2025 trade-in campaign for long-time owners

Dates: 4 March 2025 – 31 March 2025

Who could take part

  • Owners of an iWALK power bank manufactured on or before 31 December 2023.
  • One entry per person, for one power bank.
  • Units manufactured on or before 31 December 2022 had to be returned to the company.

How it worked

  1. Complete the application form.
  2. Wait for the campaign team to reply (review took about three working days).
  3. Return the unit by post or exchange it in store, as set out in the reply.

Incomplete submissions were treated as unsuccessful, and were not followed up.

💡 Note: return postage was the applicant's responsibility. Power banks from 2021 and 2022 had to be posted to the campaign team; 2023 units did not need returning and could be recycled locally.

Studio: No. 76, Section 1, Jianguo South Road, South District, Taichung (next to Daqing Station). Open Monday to Friday, 10:00–17:30, closed 12:00–13:00.

Owners who still had the first-edition 4th Gen box could exchange it for an iWALK Watch Mini portable charger (retail NT$1,580). Forty places, first come first served.

🔥 Trade-in discounts, from 40% off

  • Purchased before end of 2021: 40% off (unit had to be returned), 100 places
  • Purchased before end of 2022: 30% off (unit had to be returned), 200 places
  • Purchased before end of 2023: 20% off, 500 places

Terms

  • Open to owners of an iWALK power bank from on or before 31 December 2023.
  • Payment by bank transfer or cash at the studio only; no other channels.
  • Trade-in products carried a six-month warranty from the date of application.
  • One entry per person, for one power bank. Duplicate entries were resolved in favour of the first successful submission.
  • The free Watch Mini exchange required the complete original box, not the old power bank.
  • Gu Jing Co., Ltd. reserved the right of final interpretation.
